Who are we?
The Bath Divas began as my concept in November of 2009. I pitched the idea to my then 9 year old daughter who was excited to be able to play around with fragrance. Four months later we opened our online store on March 15, 2010. We began with four products in six different scents. As of today we have over 25 products in 25 regular scents and 4 - 6 additional seasonal scents. As well as having our products in 4 small businesses who cater to our clientele, we are establishing ourselves as a Direct Sales Company with taking on Independent Sales Representatives. There is a reason why companies like Avon and Mary Kay are very successful companies. People do business with a person they like, know and trust. Currently we have 21 Independent Sales Reps so there is a lot of room to grow within our company. Coupling our philosophy of providing great customer service and making our own improvements to the Direct Sales Industry, we know that we have a fantastic company, great products and that we are set to make an impression on both our Sales team and our customers. Does your company offer fundraisers?
Yes, we certainly do. Should an organization choose to use our company and products to do a fundraiser, they earn 50% of what they sell. We also offer an online component to help them boost sales. Visit our Fundraise with The Bath Divas page to learn more.
What do our Independent Sales Representatives earn?
Our Independent Sales Rep Compensation is 50% Commission on their sales. Additionally, there is the opportunity for them to grow their business by partnering with others who also want to take advantage of our business opportunity and earn an additional 5 - 10% on those sales as well.
Are there minimum requirements to become and remain an active ISR?
Yes and No. While there is no monthly requirement to become or remain an active ISR with The Bath Divas, we do ask that if you will not actively be selling and promoting your business, you let our head office know so that we can have one of your business partners fill in while you take a break from your business. It's only fair to our customers that they can continue to purchase their products while you take a break. Since customer service is our number one priority, we must all be on the same page with this goal to grow successful and function as part of the team. As the fill in ISR will be from your team, you still earn commission on those sales while on your break. We believe in team work. Accounts dormant for more than 90 days are closed.
How many ISR does your company have? I'm concerned that there may not be an opportunity for me to earn money selling Bath Divas products?
As of October 2011 we have 21 ISR spread throughout the US. There is plenty of room for you to join our team and even start one of your own, if you so wish.
What is the difference between your company and Avon and Mary Kay?
These are very reputable companies that have been around for many years while doing a great job. Their success is proof of that. However, there are just a few things that we have different ideas on and wanted to do our own way. We don't have a minimum sales requirement for you to reach 50% commission on your sales. Whether you sell one bottle of lotion or 100, your commission is 50%. We believe that you want to make the most of the business opportunity that we provide and setting you up with lofty goals can sometimes be disheartening. Of course, the more you sell the more you earn but your commission percentage is not tied to your dollar amount sold. Also, we don't have titles in our organization. Some months are better than other months. That's just a part of business. We don't want you to focus on maintaining a status or title but to focus on your business. If you focus on doing what you do best; introducing your customers to our products, providing product knowledge and product updates, and giving great customer service, your business will flourish as a result. Additionally, our products lines are not identical. Mary Kay is cosmetics while Avon has personal care products, cosmetics, and accessory items. As of now, we sell only personal care products with the idea of helping our customers have a spa experience at home, at an affordable price. Do you accept Sales Rep from US only or international too?
We would love to have international reps as well. It is our desire to become an international company.
Can only Sales Rep order online or direct customer too?
Yes, direct customers can order from us as well. We do encourage them
to seek out a local rep so that they don't acquire shipping charges.

Reps.
Do you offer free Shipping? How about international shipping?
At the time we are not offering free shipping. We are trying to keep
our prices low so that our Sales Reps can maximize on their profits and
we are able to offer high commission rates on sales. Yes, we do ship
internationally. Currently we use USPS and UPS for both domestic and
international shipping. We are currently seeking less expensive rates
with local/international shippers and when we are able to come to an
agreement we will be able to resume free shipping with a minimum $
order. That minimum will depend on shipping rates.
Do you have referral links available or does someone just write the name of the referrer?
Yes I have referral links which are generated through my website when
someone becomes a Sales Rep or marketing affiliate with our company.
The web software keeps track of the referral link so that the proper
referrer gets credit. A person need only request to be a Sales
Rep/affiliate member, once they have submitted their application, we
apply their status to their account and their links are automatically
generated. We also offer training to help them maximize their earning
potential.
Does your company have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do. We pay our affiliates 50% commission on all the sales they generate. It's very easy to get started in our program. Click here and fill out the information. We will contact you within 24 hours. It's that easy.
What is the difference between being an affiliate and being an Independent Sales Representative with your company?
Independent
Sales Representatives mostly focus on face-to-face product sales and
recruiting others to partner with them to grow their business. Affiliates market our products online for the intent of producing sales. They don't recruit Independent Sales Representatives. While ISR also do online marketing, they are available to follow up and answer questions about their business to those who may inquire of them via e-mail or telephone. Additionally, ISR work more closely with the company and due to that close working relationship, they enter into an agreement with our company that secures the interest of both the ISR and the company. An agreement is not required to become an Affiliate.
